Shipping and exchanges

Exchanges can be made, for any other product on the website, within 30 calendar days, counted from the day of receipt.
To make the exchange or return, an email must be sent to store@zannt.com.br, with the subject “Exchange” or “Return”, within seven calendar days after receiving the goods.
After this period, requests will not be accepted. For information about Corona Virus and security procedures, click here.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if returned:

  • With Zannt’s tags and seal intact;
  • In the original packaging, undamaged, with all trims (handles, protective stickers, leaflets, plastic packaging and everything that makes up the piece);
  • No washing, no odor, no use, no stains and no adjustments made by the customer;

We remind you that the way of sending the exchange will be made by DHL and will be sent collect. The shipment of the new merchant is made within two working days after receipt and will be notified by e-mail.

If the return does not follow the standards described above, Zannt is exempted from making the exchange and the customer will have the purchased merchandise returned without prior consultation.

 

Delivery and shipping

Orders are posted within two working days after purchase (Monday to Friday). Shipping is done by DHL and its tracking can be consulted at any time on this website. Zannt is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
When estimating package delivery time, allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Delivery times vary according to the type of shipment chosen by you at the time of purchase and the place of delivery.
To verify, place the zip code of the delivery location at the close of your purchase and check the terms available from DHL for your region.
Check that the address entered is correct and complete, we are not responsible for incomplete addresses.
